Returns were pretty easy for me. You just gotta send it back within a certain time, I think like 14 days or so. Just make sure it's in the original condition.

Totally legit. I've bought a few things, the stainless steel stuff is solid, feels heavy and looks great. Not flimsy at all.

Mine's been fine. Some of their stuff is stainless steel which is good, but they also have silver ones. Just read the description for what you're looking at.
